Can I add/remove/change the stone?

Yes. Contact us through our chat, email, or phone number and we can provide you with a custom quote for any fitting and type of stone you are looking for. We purchase our stones from some of the highest quality providers in the United States and offer a wide selection of stones to choose from. All stones are guaranteed to come with the specifications we provide you all at an affordable price.

Can I have different gold color on each band?

Yes. Through our store we offer the default option of choosing all yellow, white or rose gold color and the optional "Tri-Color" gold which is determined by the number of bands. If you'd like different colors for each gold band or a customized pattern, send us a message before or immediately after purchasing and we can customize the ring any way you want.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship world wide and offer a simple shipping choice for all of our customers. In addition to the options provided by each carrier (USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex) we have flat rate shipping available. Orders over $100 have the option of being shipped free within the United States including Hawaii & Alaska. Due to insurance and the cost of shipping our international customers also have a flat rate option. Orders over $1000 pay $40 for shipping, whereas orders over $2000 ship for free worldwide.

Can you put a [stone, animal, symbol, design] on my ring?

Yes. We work with all of our customers closely to custom design a ring they will absolutely love. If you are looking for something specific for your gold or platinum ring send us a message including the ring you are looking to purchase and we will be happy to get started. If you can imagine it, we can do it. With an in-house design team and the latest in technology we are able to customize your puzzle ring like never before. By providing us with samples and/or images of the desired look we will create a unique puzzle ring for you.

How do I know my ring will fit?

If you are not comfortable with using our printable ring sizer or simply want to make sure you are getting an exact fit we recommend you stop by our store or any jewelry store near you and get a professional measurement. If you receive your ring and it still does not fit we will work with you to re-size the ring for free simply pay for shipping and handling and we will make the necessary adjustments for free.

Can I trade-in my ring and get something else?

Yes. We offer a trade-in program to all of our customers that makes it easy for you to trade-in your old ring and get a new one at a reduced cost. Contact us to find out more about this process.
